Welcome to this video tutorial! We will learn how to take a Photoshop created web page layout template and slice it into individual pieces and then export it with an HTML file. We will cover user slices, layer based slices, auto slices, naming slices, assigning links to slices, alternate text for slices, creating multiple slices at one time, previewing our file in a web browser, saving individual slices as gifs or jpgs from the same document, and exporting a fully functional HTML file to go along with all of it. Hey thanks man a lot of help never really knew what that tool was for, but i was wondering what font you used for the buttons ive been looking for that font but cant find it anywhere anyone i ask has no idea what its called, could you help me out?

Hey Tutvid! :) .JPG sucks believe it or not. .PNG is easier and cleaner. .GIF should NEVER be used UNLESS It's an animated file. :)

He was talking about making it a link in a program like Dreamweaver. Making images into buttons is very common.
