You can't do it every day. Many people thinks that, but it's wrong. Abdominals are muscles like any other muscle. They need rest to recover. The best thing to do is do two hours full workout once a week.

uh, he's not being negative. he's saying you need to do more than just these exercises to build abs.

you need a low body fat to see abs, don't think this is gunna get you abs if you have fat covering it. lost the fat, i recommend HIIT and do this, and you'll see results!
