Don't do any, do them at the end, there are no benefits of stretching in the middle of an exercise. By the way, running chn be dangerous for your knees, so don't do too much at the beginning.

hi, i ve got a question, i am gymnast and too unflexible for my sport, so i stared so strech at home. but a day later, my legs hurts, not realy hurt, it s like a muscle arch but in the sinews, not in the muscles. shoul i wait for 2-3 days till i fel good or ignore taht and strech every day???

You have to learn how to stretch properly. Otherwise you'll pull something and be out of commission for a while.

i felt my lower abs tighten when i did the first exercise and i didnt know my left butt cheek was so out of shape lol
