seriously, this works great! i stuck with it for two months last year and started seeing results only two weeks into the program. i did it every night before bed which i'm doing again & i'm sure i'll get the same results! good luck! :D

For you who want to get skinny, i reccomend you get on a treadmill & wraP up in a garbage bag. It will enhance your cardio. However this video wont make you skinny. Diet is also just as important. No processed or fatty foods. The best way to get a 6pack is to neglect carbs, eat greens and fruits and burn up w/ cardio

It's usually recommended to rest your abs, so I'de say every other day. But if you feel you can do this everyday, go ahead. Main thing is you do the exercise right. Also a healthy diet is essential. Yes, you'll most def get some abs in three months if you're doing this right. But if you have stomache fat, then cardio workouts and healthy diet will burn the fat, and make your abs visible. im skinny but i have a bit of stomach , its that i dont do abdominals so if i do this 8 min ex. would i get good results? and when could i see them

And how fat were you when you started?

I think the 6 pack is a combination of exercices, diet and cardio...
Also i think the 8 min works harder on the top abs rather than the lower...

I advise you not to laugh after doing this workout.
It kills.

And yes if your diet is good and you do cardio this will greatly help to burn away stomach fat :)

the most important thing is to do it correctly!!!!!!!if you feel the "pain" in the nack or back you WILL NOT have any results!DO NOT put the power on the nack when u do the exercise!THE EXERCISE IS GOOD!
