no you cant. You have to be either omnivore or herbivore if you want to eat plants

u cant actually. u remember the button u hit to advance? u can press it during game to see your progress. So, you eat veggies for half the game, then you change its mouth and eat meat to the end, keep monitoring you are in the omnivore area
